How We're Keeping You Safe
Here are just some of our measure. Our risk assessment is also available to view if you have any concerns. Please just ask a member of our team.
-Every table is 2 stage cleaned between customers
-An hourly sanatising checklist is completed covering all possible touchpoints, toilets and bar surfaces
-Staff wash their hands every 20 minutes and sanatise regularly also
-No one handling cash can prepare drinks unless they have washed their hands and sanatised first
-We have a one way system to ensure people do not cross paths. This is clearly marked out with arrows and an induction at the door.
-Our bar has 2 stations, 1 to order and 1 to collect to ensure minimal build up of queues.
- All tables are sized and spaced appropriately and back to back where possible.
-Toilets are checked hourly to ensure good stock of hand wash
-Sanatiser stations are located at key points around the premises and regularly topped up
Track and Trace:
-We have instated the VisitSafe app, which can be accessed via a QR code or URL to avoid contact with pens and paper. Staff can assist with this for customers unable to use this method.
